We use Form Data to receive and process website form submissions. Information entered into a form is therefore transmitted through Form-Data’s systems before being delivered to Tower Kitchens.

The privacy acknowledgement on our forms confirms that you have been given access to this policy. It is not used as consent for unrelated marketing.

Any marketing option is separate and optional. Declining marketing does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry or receiving a response.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This may include information about:

  • the length and sequence of visits.

Google Analytics data is used to produce reports and improve the website. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or form contents to Google Analytics.

Google states that it does not log or store the IP addresses of users located in the UK or European Economic Area when collecting Google Analytics data.

7. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor how our website appears and performs within Google Search.

Search Console provides information such as:

  • technical website issues.

Search Console is not used by Tower Kitchens to identify individual website visitors and does not ordinarily place tracking cookies through our website. Google limits some Search Console information to protect search-user privacy.

Our normal retention periods are:

  • unsuccessful enquiries and quotations: up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact;
  • customer, design and project records: up to six years after project completion or the end of the customer relationship;
  • invoices, payment and accounting records: normally six years, where required for tax and accounting purposes;
  • marketing records: until you withdraw consent, unsubscribe or the information is no longer required;
  • records of consent or objections: for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate that your preferences have been respected; and
  • Google Analytics event-level data: according to the retention period configured within our Google Analytics account.

Information may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, respond to a complaint or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

When information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or securely destroyed.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse.

These measures include encrypted website connections, access controls, password protection, software maintenance and appropriate restrictions on who can access customer information.
